Managed and maintained all corporate technologies for the Reno Office, Warehouse Fulfillment, Call Center, and Production Control, which included but limited to 69 windows NT4, 2000, 2003, 2003r2 servers across three Active Directory Domains, end user support for 200+ local employees 800+ remote users, Inter-Tel PBX phone database, network and telecommunication wiring, 24 hour OnCall support system/network production down issues, and security alarm / electronic locks / digital video surveillance system.
